GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte at EuropeFides General Meeting

Pascal Ngatsing, partner in charge of the tax department, Caroline Blondel, partner in charge of the corporate and M&A department, Markus Erkert, partner in charge of the Labour Law department and Frédéric Couffin, Associate specialized in real estate and litigation will represent GGV Avocats Rechtsanwälte at the General Meeting of EuropeFides in Paris Rueil Malmaison on May 6 and 7.

EuropeFides is the European Accounting, Audit, Tax and Legal Association for medium-sized companies that brings together experts, consultants, lawyers and advisors in Tax, Law, Audit and Advisory from all around Europe and beyond.

Besides the general meeting for the members seminars and workshops, dinners and sight-seeing open to members and guests will take place from Thursday to Saturday where all experts and participants will exchange and network on the relevant subjects.

Pascal Ngatsing and Caroline Blondel will be speaking about “L’exception francaise: Peculiarities in French law, tax and accounting”. This presentation will specifically deal with the French legislation’s particularities in corporate, social, commercial and financial matters relevant for businesses developing, investing or leaving France.

Pascal Ngatsing will also be moderating the subsequent discussion panel about The implications of the war in Ukraine for professional advisors and international clients.
