Head of the “Compliance” department at GGV, Bénédicte Querenet-Hahn is a pioneer in this field in France. She offers comprehensive expertise in the area, including the implementation and auditing of anti-corruption processes, as well as due diligence compliance programs, inspections by the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA), monitoring, and conduction of internal investigations. Alongside her work with clients, she has applied her skills in leading institutions, notably serving as an expert for the AFA and as an ISO 37001 auditor.

Bénédicte also advises companies on individual and collective labour law and has extensive experience in reorganisations and restructurings.

She currently works with both French and international companies, with a strong focus on Germany, assisting them with corporate governance and broader risk management issues, including ethics, anti-corruption, compliance and product safety, occupational health and workforce safety plus due diligence. She is also an expert in whistleblowing mechanisms and the conduct of internal investigations.

Passionate about the “mechanics” of corporate structures, she advises businesses on governance organisation and the distribution of roles and responsibilities, including the implementation of delegations of authority, an area where her expertise in labour law is particularly valuable.

Dedicated to knowledge-sharing within the profession, Bénédicte has participated in numerous conferences and publications on risk prevention, the implementation of anti-corruption and due diligence measures, whistleblowing systems, and internal investigations.
