In a complex legal environment, companies are more and more exposed to non compliance and repetitional risks, in particular with overseas development projects. GGV assist their clients in risk prevention.

GGV’s compliance team accompanies companies in the prevention of legal and ethical risks. GGV assists them in the setting up, evaluation and deployment of efficient compliance systems, in particular in security of products, competition law, fight against corruption, data protection and CSR matters.

GGV regularly intervenes for many years now in matters concerning corporate governance and prevention of risks and benefits of a recognized practice in these fields.
