We build a relationship based on trust with our clients, working with senior management and HR teams on a daily basis. Our proven expertise includes handling complex restructurings and managing international mobility (secondments, expatriation, etc.). Our experience spans both legal advice and representation in litigation cases.  

Completely trilingual in German, English, and French, our team is accustomed to navigating between diverse legal systems and cultures – a crucial asset in managing human resources issues. Our Franco-German identity is at the core of this transnational work: we assist numerous subsidiaries of German corporate groups in managing their human resources issues in France.
