The department is experienced in litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes. It regularly collaborates with other departments of the firm to ensure comprehensive handling of complex cases.

The firm’s international orientation is reflected in the department’s expertise in cross-border transformations and mergers & acquisitions. In this regard, the team works alongside numerous players from a wide range of sectors, both in Germany and in English-speaking countries.
