Notably, the firm assisted its international clients after the 2008 financial crisis by renegotiating loans and ensuring the legal compatibility of guarantees and securities in France through drafting tailored contract. Our team’s know-how in project financing has also been well established, leveraging a flexible approach that complements existing notarial processes.
