Caroline leads GGV’s Corporate Law and M&A department. She has built her entire career around managing complex mergers and acquisitions. Her professional background begun in this field and had since been exposed to all its operational aspects, including contract management. 

For more than twenty years, Caroline has provided long-term support to her clients. She is committed to supporting the growth of her clients, and can draw on her in-depth knowledge of company restructuring, whether external or intra-group. 

Her counselling know-how is tailored to the concrete realities of each company and can be deployed at every stage of the structuring process.
