Markus ERKERT

Markus Erkert is head of the firm’s Employment Law department. He advises and represents international companies and groups, mainly from German-speaking countries. He provides employers with responsive and pragmatic advice on both the day-to-day management of their staff and the definition and implementation of their HR policies. He assists them in implementing international mobility for their employees. He also regularly runs training courses and carries out social audits as part of company acquisitions. Finally, he assists his clients in their relations with corporate officers and in their appointment and dismissal.

• Studied law in Tübingen
• Before joining GGV in 2007, Markus practise d in various Franco-German law firms in Paris.
• Member of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (DAV), the AnwaltVerein Stuttgart, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Arbeitsrecht of the DAV, the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the DACH Europäische Anwaltsvereinigung
