GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte appoints Alexandre Lechrist as Counsel and announces the arrival of two new associates

GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte is pleased to announce the arrival of Alexandre Lechrist as Counsel in its Tax Law Department. This appointment follows the arrival of two new Associates: Sandrine Brun and Andreas Adam.
Alexander Lechrist has been a member of the Paris Bar Association since 2005. He was an Associate at GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte in 2013/2014, then a Director at PwC Société d’Avocats in the Financial Services department.
Alexandre Lechrist has thus acquired solid tax expertise enabling him to integrate his counseling with the operational, accounting and legal issues of his clients.
Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Applied Tax Law from the University René Descartes Paris V and an Executive MBA from the Universities of Vienna (WU Wien) and Minnesota.
He has also worked in Germany.
Alexandre is fluent in German, English and French and understands the expectations of German speaking companies and investors.
In 2021, Alexandre Lechrist created the law office A.Lec Avocat with the ambition of providing quality and local tax advice to companies and investors.
GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte then decided to work in partnership with A.Lec Avocat.
Based on this successful experience, Alexandre Lechrist decided to join the Tax Law Department of GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte in October 2022 as a Counsel.
Alexandre’s arrival will enable GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte to continue and strengthen its development in the field of tax law.

In addition to the arrival of Alexandre Lechrist, GGV Avocats- Rechtsanwälte has strengthened its Tax Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law / M&A departments with the arrival of two new Associates this summer.
Sandrine Brun is an Avocate specialising in tax law. She joined GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte in July 2022. She assists companies as well as individuals from France or abroad with their French tax obligations and advises them in case of disputes with French tax authorities.
Andreas Adam is a Rechtsanwalt, admitted to the Paris Bar Association, specialising in corporate and commercial law. He joined GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte in September 2022. He supports and assists companies throughout their corporate life, from their creation to their dissolution, as well as in their cross-border transactions with France.
