Kim Linard leads the “Real Estate and Financing” department, where she supports her French and international clients through every key stage of their real estate operations. Her expertise covers the development of acquisition and financing strategies, transaction management, and post-transaction follow-up. Kim and her team also handle landlord-tenant relations and real estate risk management, providing both advisory services and litigation representation.

She combines her knowledge of real estate law with financial structuring expertise, such as harmonising financing contracts to ensure compatibility between banks and companies from different countries.

With over 20 years of experience in the sector, Kim played a pivotal role for her clients during the 2008 financial crisis, assisting them in renegotiating real estate loans across diverse legal and financial systems. She has also supported numerous German investment funds in acquiring office real estate in France and undertaking land development and construction projects.

Throughout her career, Kim has built an extensive network of real estate professionals, enabling her to guide clients comprehensively through their projects from start to finish.

Of Korean descent, Kim Linard also works with clients and stakeholders from South Korea.
