Marceau Vidal

Marceau Vidal specializes in media law and litigation. He has worked in the “media” and “litigation” departments of several French and international law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major media group.

Marceau practices media law, intellectual property law, criminal law, and labour law. He is a member of the Association des Avocats Praticiens du Droit de la Presse (AAPDP).

• Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Private International Law and International Business Law, University Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne
• Master’s Degree in Literary, Artistic, and Commercial Property Law, University Paris II-Panthéon Assas – Master thesis on “The Abrupt Termination of Established Commercial Relationships in the Audiovisual Sector,” under the supervision of Professor Jean-Christophe Galloux
• Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024
